ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES

What the role involves

01

First point of contact for assessment requests, and for questions from customers already partway through a project.

02

Keeping customers informed of dates, access requirements and any change to the plan, before they have to ask.

03

Coordinating the handover: drawings, datasheets, test records and monitoring access delivered in one place, in the customer's name.

04

Following up after installation, so a monitoring question or a minor issue has somewhere to go.

ROLE / REQUIREMENTS

What you bring to the role

The requirements are written to be specific enough to self-select, without turning the vacancy into an unrealistic wish list.

01

Experience in a customer-facing coordination or operations role; construction or trades-adjacent experience is a plus.

02

Comfortable managing several active projects at once without losing track of who needs what.

03

Clear, calm communication, including when a schedule has to change.

04

Spanish and English, given the customer mix on the Costa Blanca.

Working principles

Clear handover, readable work and practical support.

Use these cards for the behaviours people can expect from the team, not generic culture claims.

01

Think in systems

Understand the whole context before changing one part.

02

Keep it readable

Clear handover, documentation and ownership matter.

03

Make decisions visible

Important choices should be understandable later.

04

Protect the working day

Plan around the people who have to use and support the result.
