ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES
What the role involves
01
Mounting rail and array installation on pitched and flat roofs, following the design drawing rather than improvising on site.
02
Cabling, protection and inverter connection work, carried out to the standard the commissioning test expects.
03
Recording roof penetrations, cable routes and any on-site deviation from the plan, so the as-built record matches what was actually installed.
04
Working safely at height and around live electrical systems, on buildings that are often still occupied or trading.
ROLE / REQUIREMENTS
What you bring to the role
The requirements are written to be specific enough to self-select, without turning the vacancy into an unrealistic wish list.
01
Experience with electrical or roofing installation work; solar-specific experience is useful but not required if the fundamentals are solid.
02
Comfortable working at height and following a written safety plan.
03
Able to read a technical drawing and flag when site conditions do not match it.
04
A full driving licence, for travel between sites across the Costa Blanca.
Working principles
Clear handover, readable work and practical support.
Use these cards for the behaviours people can expect from the team, not generic culture claims.
01
Think in systems
Understand the whole context before changing one part.
02
Keep it readable
Clear handover, documentation and ownership matter.
03
Make decisions visible
Important choices should be understandable later.
04
Protect the working day
Plan around the people who have to use and support the result.
